Brendan Miles

Brendan John Wood Miles (born February 17, 1981) is a Canadian politician and family doctor. He is the Liberal Party of Canada Member of Parliament candidate for the newly established riding of Calgary Heritage against Matt Masters (NDP) and current Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper (Conservative).
Miles was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. After completing a Bachelor of Science, Master of Public Administration and Medical Doctorate at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, he returned to Calgary Heritage in 2010 to complete a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Calgary. Miles is a family doctor at a Senior’s Assisted Living Facility in southwest Calgary, and a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Calgary in the Faculty of Medicine.
