Norman Balbuena known for Boobay was born in San Narciso, Zambales, Philippines on November 7, 1986. Is a Filipino host and comedian in Channel 11 and Channel 7. Boobay obtained he name its boasting that Boobay because the imitation he with Ethel Booba and because facing it is said Bombay or Indian. And some of the show the Celebrity Bluff in GMA Channel 7 and the Day Off in Channel 11 News TV.
Raised in Zambales province, Balbuena attended Saint Louis University in Baguio, where he studied communication arts. While still in college he began working as a "regular 'extra'" for GMA's Idol Ko si Kap, and from there moved into performing on a number of shows. In 2012 he became a co-host of the GMA reality show Extra Challenge.
