Bizon Computers is a Russian company trading in computers and notebooks adapted to work with Mac OS X. The company was founded in 2007 in Moscow. It is notable for being the first company to enter the Russian market with an Apple clone. Their product line has come to be known as the "RussianMac". Apple clones Apple Computer, Inc. insists in the end user licensing agreement for their Max OS products that the software only be installed on genuine Apple computers. Several companies have tested Apple's resolve in this matter. In the US, Psystar has been embroiled in a legal battle with Apple for over a year, while in Germany, PearC has been able to avoid legal entanglements, possibly due to complications of European laws regarding software licensing. Bizon claims they differ from other Mac clone makers in that they do not preinstall the operating system, so they do not violate the EULA. However, each individual purchaser of the products must violate the EULA to install the OS themselves.<ref name=ZDNET/> Product line Desktop products The line of desktop computers is represented by the following configurations: *Mini - assembled in a small body, Intel Core2Duo Processor family. *Home - working station on the basis of Intel Core2Duo dual-core processor (several processors are offered to choose from). *Standard - working station on the basis of Intel Core2Quad quad-core processor (several processors are offered to choose from). *Multimedia - home theater on the basis of Intel Core2Duo dual-core processor. *PRO - top configuration on the basis of Intel Core i7.
