Billy The P

Billy The P (Billy Donald born February 23, 1974 in Louisville, KY) was an American professional wrestling manager and a charter member of Ian Rotten's Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South promotion from 1996-1998. During this time, he also worked several independent shows around the Kentucky-Indiana area as well as New Jersey, Michigan, and Ohio. Billy also worked on the first Brian Pillman Memorial Show for Les Thatcher's Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA) in 1998, managing Bull Pain in a match against Flash Flanagan in Norwood, Ohio.
Billy worked as a heel manager whose gimmick was that of a physically handicapped pimp, wearing outrageous and out-dated clothes and sometimes carrying a walking stick which he used as a weapon on behalf of the wrestlers he managed. This gimmick was toned down as time went by and the character evolved to be more characteristic of some of Billy's manager idols such as and Jimmy Hart.
Billy worked his last show in Evansville, Indiana at the Evansville Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Coliseum in October of 1998, managing Mad Man Pondo in a match against Sean Venom. He is now fully retired from the professional wrestling business.

In his time in the wrestling business, Billy got to work with and learn from such luminaries as Les Thatcher, Terry Funk, Dory Funk Jr, , Sherri Martel, , Luna Vachon, Dutch Mantell, , Tommy Gilbert, Bill Dundee, and numerous others.
