Biagio Gramaticopolo (born 1 April 2002) is an Italian professional tennis player. Gramaticopolo has a career high ATP singles ranking of world No. 1060 achieved on 1 August 2022 and a career high ITF Junior ranking of world No. 57 achieved on 2 March 2020. His best performance at an ATP tournament was in the M25 Santa Margherita di Pula tournament of 2022 in which Gramaticopolo finished in the Top 16 earning him 1 point. As of 19 September 2022 Gramaticopolo is the lowest ranked person on the ATP singles ranking. Career Early career Gramaticopolo started playing tennis at the age of 5. Gramaticopolo won the Iraklio Tennis Europe Junior Tour Boys 14 and Memorial Giuseppe Cassani Boys 14 Tournament in 2016 Professional career Gramaticopolo won his first ITF International tournament at the age of 16, he won the ITF J4 U18 ITF Porsche Open in Gjøvik, Norway in 2019. That same year, Gramaticopolo would go on to win the ITF J4 U18 High Coast Kramfors Junior World Ranking Tournament 2019. Gramaticopolo placed 2nd in the ITF J1 U18 Yeltsin Cup in Kazan, Russia in 2020 Gramaticopolo joined the ATP singles ranking after ending in the Top 16 at the 25 Santa Margherita di Pula tournament of 2022.
