Bert Wollersheim (*March 24, 1951 in Bonn) is a German bordello owner and became famous for his contributions in the Düsseldorf red-district milieu since the 1970s. He gained prominence to a broader audience through TV appearences and his own docu soap called "Die Wollersheims - Eine schrecklich schräge Familie!" on the German channel RTL II. Personal life Wollersheim grew up in a village called Heimerzheim where he was taught by his father to be a barber. In 1969 he moved to Düsseldorf where he worked as a barber for stars like Dieter Thomas Heck and Rex Gildo. This is also how he made his first encounters with red-light district patrons like Heinrich Schäfer. His first club called "Darlings" was opened in 1976. Since the 1980s he is owner of "The Red Mile" bordello in Düsseldorf and a stretch limousine rental since the 1990s. He was imprisoned for abduction and blackmail in the mid-1990s because he had kidnapped a prostitute who did not want to continue working for him. Wollersheim was subject of two documentaries of the channels WDR Fernsehen and DSF. He was also part of the show Das perfekte Promi-Dinner in 2009. Two years later the channel RTL II aired the docu soap Die Wollersheims - Eine schrecklich schräge Familie! about his person and his family. He was sent to prison again in 2012 as part of a large-scale police-raid. After the eviction of the bordellos the premises were sold to a different company in which he functioned as a consultant while his old company declared bankruptcy due to tax liabilities of 7.5 million euros in 2013. In the fall of 2014 he opened a new big bordello called "FKK-Club Oceans" and advises the renovation of the Laufhäuser in Oberhausen. Documentary In September 2012 the documentary The Last Pimp - Bert Wollersheim - Die wahre Geschichte aired which shows the years from 2004 and 2007.
