Benjamin Polen (Ben Polen) is a nationally recognized expert on commercial real estate. He has published original research on real estate investment topics including office, development, and mortgage debt. During his career, Mr. Polen has advised on more than $1 billion of real estate acquisitions, sales, and financing. New York office investments by publicly-traded REITs are recognized as one of his areas of expertise. Industry publications including Bloomberg News, Business Week, and SNL Financial have all quoted Polen on NYC real estate investment. Polen is a member of the Investor Confidence Project, which provides a framework for financing investment in building energy savings. Polen has a dual Honors MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Baruch College, CUNY. |
