Benjamin James Enoch (April 1990 - April 30, 2009) was a Welsh amateur golfer. He was a runner-up in the 2008 Welsh Amateur Championship. Enoch was born in Truro, Cornwall. In 2008 Enoch had been part of the 28-member preliminary Great Britain and Ireland Walker Cup team, which is scheduled to face the United States in September 2009. He had been scheduled to attend East Tennessee State University in the United States on a golf scholarship in Autumn 2009, alongside his elder brother, Rhys Enoch. Death Enoch was traveling to a tournament in England when he died when his car crashed into a trailer in Whitchurch, Herefordshire on April 30, 2009. He was 19 years old. |
