Basant Rai is a fashion designer based in Lucknow. His label 'IN SYNC - basant anuj' is totally dedicated to Khadi. Career Basant Rai started his career as a designer in the year 1999 with a solo collection named "Rangmanthan". The year 2006 was a turning point in his career when he designed a collection in Khadi for Uttar Ptadesh Khadi and Village Industries Board (UPKVIB). Since then he decided to work on Khadi only. After working for few years as a solo designer he got into partnership with Dr. Anuj Singh and the label 'IN SYNC - basant anuj' was born. 'IN SYNC - basant anuj' range of collection includes western, indo-western, ethnic wear, scarves and stoles casuals, formals, Friday dressings for both male and females. Other Ventures As an entrepreneur Basant Rai and his partner Anuj Singh is successfully managing an event management company and a lifestyle lounge. |
