BarterQuest.com is an online bartering site. The site was started by Columbia University and Harvard University graduates with broad range of experience in technology, management, and marketing, Dr. Paul Bocheck, Michael Satz, and Bianca Han. Registration is free and users can trade in all types of goods or services (including the use of real estate), from anyone to anyone, anywhere in the world. Since the launch in July 2008, BarterQuest is attracting online users from around the world. Within seconds, BarterQuest's proprietary Matching engine connects loose ends and suggest potential two-party and multi-party trading partners. Technology BarterQuest is written in Ruby on Rails. |
