Barbara Ann Kelly (; July 13, 1945 - May 9, 2021) was a Canadian municipal politician. Career Having previously been the first woman reeve of Mariposa Township, she ran for the City of Kawartha Lakes council in the 2000 Kawartha Lakes municipal election, the first held just prior to the city's amalgamation, winning Ward 4. In the 2003 election, Kelly was elected mayor of the City of Kawartha Lakes, the first woman to hold the office. She did not seek reelection in 2006, citing health reasons, but ran for her old council seat in Ward 4. Death Kelly died on May 9, 2021, at the age of 75.
