They specialise in the niche property conveyancing market, AVRillo are one of the UK’s leading experts in their field. The brand deals with all aspects of the buying and selling of properties. They also have a niche leasehold unit as well as a lease extension clinic dealing with enfranchisement. They two founder partners are Angelo Piccirillo and Tony Piccirillo also featured in the Government’s Leasehold Advisory Service list of experts dealing with this specialist area.

AVRillo run one of the most advanced training programmes in the country under the umbrella of their Training Academy. Both of the senior partners are accredited Law Society CPD trainers as well as NLP master practitioners. As a result their staff receive not only valuable conveyancing expertise advancement but also training in communication and people skills. The focus is to ensure their staff understand the importance of keeping channels of communication open between purchasers, vendors, estate agents and solicitors.
Over the past 16 years their success has been celebrated by a number of industry awards including the Law Society’s coveted Legal Excellence. They are actively involved in helping change the conveyancing process and are members of one of the largest conveyancing solicitor groups, The Bold Conveyancing Group. They structures and expertise have also been recognised by all of the major high street lenders including Halifax, HSBC, Nationwide, Santander, Woolwich-Barclays and the Lloyds Group of Lenders as AVRillo have been authorised to carry out the lender’s work as part of the lender’s panel status.

History:
AVRillo was founded by brothers Angelo Piccirillo and Antonino Piccirillo in 1989, starting as a two-man team. The Piccirillo set up the firm with the intention of delivering a faster and less stressful service than that already established in the conveyancing market. In just 16 years they have grown their team on the principles of not only customer care but also caring for their staff, including one to one staff appraisals, open door policy, development programmes as well as counselling and support on non-legal matters. Their staff are loyal and motivated to care for the work they do and for their clients.
