Ava Eagle Brown is a motivational speaker, author and business coach. Early life and education Brown was born and raised in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. As a young adult, she was held at gunpoint, which later led to her leaving Jamaica. She has also talked openly about her experiences with having to forgo education for food whilst suffering incest and sexual abuse. Brown went on to attain a MBA from the University of Wales and Newport University. She holds an honorary doctorate degree, awarded to her for philanthropy work on women's empowerment, homelessness and life transformation.
