Aurelius Chen

Aurelius Chen or Hongtao Chen is the Chairman of National Level Special Economic Zone for Sci-Tech Synergy. He studied in Peking University (1993-1997) with graduate studies at Zhengfa University of China (1997-2000). Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in China Netcom and in 2002 until 2006, was division Head at the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Science. From 2006 to 2013, he was a member of the Party Committee in Xi’an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone and eventually its Deputy Director. Starting 2013m, he is the Deputy Secretary of Fenddong Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of Fengdong New Town Management Committee, Chairman of National Level Special Economic Zone for Sci-Tech Synergy and President of Xi’an Sci-Tech Integration Development Co., Ltd |
