Audiokite Research

Audiokite Research is an online market research platform which sells song-level consumer sentiment reports for musicians, record labels, and the music industry.
It utilizes the Amazon Mechanical Turk crowdsourcing platform to stream music for a targeted sample of its reviewers, then organizes the data into a report.
Depending on the results of the report, users of the platform can become eligible for discounts and opportunities through Audiokite's partner services.
History
The service was founded in April 2014 by musician Alex Jae Mitchell, and Benjamin Sklovsky, after leaving a previous music venture.
The report covers a song's commercial viability, potential of licensing synchronization rights, song element ratings (vocals, lyrics, instrumental performance, drums & bass, song structure, sound quality, band name), emotions listeners felt when listening, demographics, locations, and listener attention length.
The site redesigned its report format in May 2015.
As of August 2015, the service reports 200,000 surveys administered to 10,000 reviewers.
