ATK Holdings is a multinational company from Kazakhstan and one of the biggest commodity traders in ex-Soviet republics. It was founded in 2016 by Uzbek entrepreneur Abdumalik Mirakhmedov and became a strategical partner of a Dutch company Trafigura. The owners are Trafigura (51% share) and Abdumalik Mirakhmedov (49% share). Activity The raw materials are imported from factories in CIS countries: the list of suppliers includes UMMC, Zarechnaya Coal Producing Company and KAZ Minerals. The company is represented in Russia by its branch ATK Eurasia located in Moscow. Its CEO, Abdumalik Mirakhmedov, takes part in many international forums, congresses and meetings of mining industry corporations and commodity traders. |
