Ashely A. Woods is an American independent Comic Book artist, writer and publisher. She is considered one of Chicago's bestselling underground comics publishers having published an ongoing independent series called "Millennia War", an action adventure comic involving a war between humans and elves. Ashley works with, co-writer Michael A. Smith II, an up and coming writer/director. Artistic Beginning Ashley grew up drawing. As a child she drew stories about Barbie. Later on she became a fan of comics, manga and videogames. These influences became the driving force of what would becomes her art style, a form of urban American manga. Millennia War Story Millennia War is about a Great War that destroyed the world. All its races and species fell "into oblivion" with the exception of the human race. In our mordern age a new war looms, but since humans only know mythological creatures to be just that, "myths" they are not prepared to fight the new war. Plot When the beautiful solider, Saya goes missing on a "routine mission" for her company, an outfit simply called "The Federation", her sister, an ex-martial arts instructor, Hannah teams up with several friends and goes off to find her.
