Arnolds Bakery & Coffee Shop is the largest and best-known bakery and coffee shop chain in Finland with over 30 franchises. The chain is particularly famous for its American-style glazed doughnuts, muffins and bagels.
History
The first Arnolds was opened in Hansa Shopping Center in Turku in October 1991, after Oy Hermen Ab (Hermen Ltd), now known as Sundorelli Oy bought the rights to the name "Arnolds Donuts" from Unilever. In 1997, Arnolds Tukku was started, as a wholesale importer of raw materials needed by Arnolds. In 2001 Arnolds changed its name to Arnolds Bakery & Coffee Shop.
In June 2008, Arnolds collaborated with EMI to exclusively distribute a Conscious Youths single. |
