Arman David Tarzi is the current Director of the American Council of Public Policy, a private left-of-center policy research and advocacy organization in Washington D.C. He has served on various local and state campaigns, including the 2004 John Edwards Presidential Campaign. In 2007, Tarzi became the National Director of the youth organization known as Students for John Edwards. Independent from the actual Edwards Campaign, this national students organization was built to assist Senator John Edwards' bid for the White House in 2008. He later went on to join the presidential campaign of Senator Joe Biden as Chairman of Students for Biden three months before the 2008 Iowa Caucuses.
