Arlene Pileggi

Arlene Pileggi was born in 1966. She is an American actress and the wife of Mitch Pileggi. She had a minor recurring role on the sci-fi television series The X Files as secretary.

She and Mitch met on the set off The X Files when she was working as stand-in. They were married in 1996 in Hawaii with David Duchovny as best man. Their daughter Sawyer Pileggi was born in 1998.
