Aristide Antonas (Greek: Αριστείδης Αντονάς, born 1963 in Athens) is a Greek architect, designer and writer. He is current Associate Professor for Theory of Architecture and Architectural Design at the University of Thessaly in Volos, Greece. His work and theory is influenced by deconstruction. Education and academic career Antonas studied in the 1980s architecture at the National Technical University of Athens. 1988 he received a PhD in philosophy from Paris West University Nanterre La Défense in Paris. Antonas has been a visiting lecturer for architecture in many important universities all over the world: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Instituto Universitario de Architetura de Venezia (IUAV), Architectural Association (AA), University of Cyprus Program of Architecture, University Jose Cela (Madrid), Fine Art Academy of Gyumri (Armenia), Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Technische Universität München, Politecnico di Milano.
