Dimitris Pistikos

Dimitris Pistikos (Greek: Δημήτρης ΠιστικÏŒς, born in 1948 in Panaitolio in the Aetolia-Acarnania prefecture is a Greek judge, a poet an essayist, born in Panetolio in the Aetolia-Acarnania prefecture.

He studied law and political sciences at the University of Athens and in Piraeus where he judged.

As a writer, he studied both poetry and essays. At the same timel, he wrote theatre, translated Ancient Greek poets and works in many periodical works which published his poems and essays.

His poems were awarded and translated into English, French, Italian and Spanish, he also wrote many anthologies, wrote lyrics for famous Greek composers.
