Ariella Levy

Ariella Linovski or Ariella Lewin (born August 10, 1982) is a Jewish Canadian-born writer, activist and artist who has contributed to the fields of communication theory, post-zionism, and discourse theory.
Biography
Linovski is affiliated with the Communication and Culture program at York University in Toronto and has recently given lectures at international conferences at Queen's University, Belfast and at the University of Oxford.
Linovski is mostly concerned with the politics of identity and constructions of national identity in government and mainstream media discourse. The theoretical background of her work comes out of a Post-Structuralist and Post-Colonialist framework, often citing the work of scholars such as Judith Butler and Michel Foucault.
