Archduke Christoph Franz of Austria-Este (Christoph Franz Karl von Habsburg-Este, born 23 April 1992), Prince Imperial of Austria, Prince Royal of Hungary and Bohemia, Hereditary Duke of Padova, is the second son of Fulvio, Archduke of Austria-Este and Duke of Padova and Maria Louise, Princess of Brunswick-Lüneburg. He was born in Milan and is twenty-fifth in the line of succession to the Austro-Hungarian throne. All of his grandparents and great-grandparents are royals and he is thus descended from the Austrian, Spanish, British and Prussian royal families. He has one older brother, Guy-Charles (born 1979) who, because of his morganatic marriage, is excluded from the line of succession. Ancestry |
