what it Believe

With it first and current Director, Ir Halim Azhar Hj Mohd Yatim, the first intake was for Computer Networking Technology (session 1/2006). This is a challenge to start an Institute. Not only has it to ensure ensconce training management but also manage its finance and asset systematically. The institute believes skill training has to be seen as the pulse of the nation’s economy whilst accepting the fact for the need of competent manpower and the ability to compete globally. Training on the job is not sufficient, training needs to move towards specific skills and realistic attitude at work and community. They should be train to function dynamically and globally. In this aspect, the Institute must shift from traditional methods of training to innovative training. Learning environment has to be flexible as a rigid system will weaken the training process. The success of the Institute depends on the graduates willingness to compete creatively at the international level with the inputs and exposure given during training. Human capital that will be developed has to be on par with the needs of the global industry.
