Angel Yvonne (born June 11, 1987) is an American actress, artist and writer. Life and career Yvonne was born in 1987 in Kansas City, Missouri. Her mother was a nurse, and her father was a supervisor for a steel company. Yvonne was a very artistic child from the start, often drawing outside with her grandmother and sister on her porch. However, it wasn't til her mother took her to see her favorite childhood actress Whoopie Goldberg in "Sister Act 2" in 1993, that she knew acting was going to be in her future. At 9 years old Yvonne begin writing and filming home videos with her sister and friends in Kansas City; mimicking actors and creating skits. She was a student at the University of Missouri Kansas City where she studied art and theater. During her undergraduate years at the university she volunteered her time as a film ambassador at the (http://www.kcfilmfest.org) The Kansas City Film Festivals], where she promoted indie films and hosted Q&A sessions with the filmmakers. In 2014, she made her television debut as a guest on the Steve Harvey TV series for a Segment called "Is it Weird?" The following year she was featured in the church scene of director David E. Talbert's motion picture Almost Christmas. After signing with a top talent agency in Kansas City and Virginia, Yvonne began her journey as a professional actress. She has appeared in CBS "The Talk" and performed in several stage plays, films and commercials in Kansas City -as well as- Washington DC, St. Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. She has passed her talents to her amazing children. Her daughter has participate in the Kc filmfest and has won some awards. Yvonne spends her time acting, painting and spending time with her lovely family.
