Andrew Grayham Doe

Andrew Grayham Doe, better known by his pen-name Andrew G. Doe (or simply AGD), is an English rock historian who was born September 6, 1955 in Farnham, Surrey. He is an author of several published Beach Boys books, written in collaboration with noted British rock music journalist John Tobler. Doe has also aided in several official Beach Boys projects at the behest of the band's personnel, most notably contributing towards the research of the 1997 Pet Sounds Sessions box set, and the penning of liner notes for the reissues of Keepin' the Summer Alive and the 1985 self-titled album, The Beach Boys.
Regarded as an accurate, meticulous historian of all things regarding the band, he is best known for being the curator of Bellagio 10452, a Beach Boys reference site which compiles detailed information regarding studio sessionography, timelines, chart positions and other information of note. The website's information, along with Doe's expertise, has been cited in secondary publications.
Doe is in possession of heightened industry access, allowing discourse with personnel close to the band. Brian Wilson's major collaborator on his solo release of Smile, Darian Sahanaja as well Bruce Johnston and David Marks, members of the Beach Boys are among the company he keeps, which has allowed Bellagio 10452 to evolve into one of the most accurate and comprehensive resources on the Beach Boys.
He lives in Farnham, Surrey.
