Andrew Bloch

Andrew Bloch, 37, is co-founder and managing director of Frank PR, a consumer PR agency in the United Kingdom.
Andrew was born and raised in North West London. He went to Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, the same school as Matt Lucas, David Baddiel and Sacha Baron Cohen. Upon completing his A-level's Andrew left to take a degree in Management Science at UMIST.
After University Andrew was among the many graduates seeking a role in conventional advertising, but got unexpectedly sidetracked into Public Relations instead. This became his passion. .

Bloch started his PR career at Lynne Franks PR in 1995 after a short unpaid work placement at Lynne Franks . He stayed with the agency when it was acquired by Ketchum in 1998. Bloch left the agency as associate director heading up Ketchum’s sport and entertainment divisions. Key clients Bloch has worked on in his career include Coca Cola, Motorola, London Fashion Week, The BAFTAs and The Spice Girls. He stayed with the agency when it was acquired by Ketchum
Andrew Bloch has spent over a decade working to build Frank PR from a start-up into a major UK agency.
The 75 strong agency has a reputation for providing creative solutions for some of the nation’s best-known brands including the likes of BlackBerry, Disney, Innocent, Alton Towers, Kit Kat and Hovis. The agency also represents a number of high profile personalities including Lord Sugar, Ronnie O'Sullivan and Aleksandr the Meerkat. Bloch has acted as spokesman to Lord Sugar since 2001 .
Frank’s work has been recognised by Marketing Magazine which named it PR Agency of the Year 2010. Frank are the first ever agency to win the Award more than once and have been a finalist or won the award outright every year since 2005.
Frank have won or been highly commended at The PR Week Awards for Best Consumer PR Campaign for seven out of the last eight years.
Bloch's contributions at Frank
In October 2007, Bloch helped facilitate the sale of Frank PR to Australian media conglomerate, The Photon Group.
In March 2009, Frank announced the opening of its first international office in Sydney, Australia.
Charitable Activities
Bloch is an ambassador for Bright One, a volunteer run agency for the third sector. He is the PR advisor for the Child’s i Foundation, an initiative dedicated to helping abandoned children in Uganda as well as BeatBullying
He is a founding mentor for The Key Club’s Business Friend programme.
