Anastasia Fontaines

Anastasia Fontaines is a Greek Canadian actress born in British Columbia. Anastasia began entertaining at a very young age starting off as a vocalist in an effort to write songs and create music with a message. Anastasia Fontaines had a self named band as well as a world beat band by the name of "Earthlings" who wrote and performed songs in an effort to bring awareness around the importance of environmental, humanitarian, animal rights, alternative health, organic farming and world peace. Anastasia Fontaines and her band "The Earthlings" performed to an audience rallied together of thousands on the steps of The Vancouver Art Gallery who's cause was to bring awareness to saving Clayoquot Sound which to date is one of the worlds major rainforests located in British Columbia. Clayoquot Sound and the rally attracted notable people such as John F. Kennedy Jr., Daryl Hannah, Sarah McClachlan and Midnight Oil.
Anastasia Fontaines then branched out into film, commercial work and voice overs. Some of Anastasia's works include the award nominated Comcast Cranky commercial, the controversial "Viva Viagra and her ensemble lead role as Ms. Dora in cult film Director Gregory Hatanaka film Violent Blue.
Anastasia Fontaines worked with The David Suzuki Foundation founded by Dr. David Suzuki and Friends of Clayoquot Sound.
