Amanda Latona

Amanda Marie Latona was born on March 24, 1979 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a singer and actress.

Innosense
Latona's first claim to fame came as a member of the all-girl group innosense. She left the band to go solo, and was replaced by Jenny Morris. Before she left, innosense had so far released one single, titled "Wherever You Are". They made a video for the song that was released in Germany in 1998.

Solo
Amanda Latona signed a solo contract with J Records and recorded an album. "Can't Take It Back" was released to radio in the US on July 22, 2002. "Do You Still" was released nearly a year later on May 12, 2003. Neither single did well and she was later dropped from the label.

Latona was featured in an article in the August 4, 2002 New York Times Magazine. The article, entitled "Who's That Girl?," chronicled J Records' grooming of Latona's career in an attempt to ensure her success.

She also had a record deal with a label in England, but there is no other information about it.

Personal life
At the end of 1998, Latona began dating AJ McLean, a member of the Backstreet Boys. She had previously been involved with Chris Kirkpatrick of and Rich Cronin of LFO. They were together until the end of 2000.

Latona has been dating Willie Hulett from 's Paradise City since 2006. They share a passion for fitness.
