Alvaro Orlando

Alvaro Orlando (a.k.a Kosmo) starred on the first season of the US TV show The Pick-up Artist and subsequently won the competition, earning him the title of "Master Pick-Up Artist". The Pick Up Artist Orlando began the series as breakdancer/aspiring actor/camera man with a tendency to "freeze up around women". He changed his name to "Kosmo" (an old nickname) in episode 2 in an attempt to reinvent himself . Orlando eventually made it to the finals, along with photographer/model Brady Sprunger, was declared the winner by Mystery in the season finale on September 24, 2007. Since then, Kosmo has made appearances at several seminars hosted by Mystery through The Venusian Arts Corporation. He also appeared on the October 26, 2008 episode of The Pick-up Artist 2 as a mentor to this season's contestants. |
