Programming
The show began broadcasting in June 2008 solely on Brooklyn-based community Access TV Station BCAT. Since then the show has broadened its airing and viewership to include Manhattan Neighborhood Network MNN), Bronxet, Queens Public TV QPTV and Staten Island Cable TV SICTV, all on a weekly TV series basis, thus effectively being broadcast throughout all five boroughs of New York City.Additionally, the show is also broadcast over the World Wide Web as streaming media video.
Demographic and Viewership
The episode “Brooklyn in da House” originally aired June/July 2008 achieved viewership of approx. 650,000. To date, this is the most watched episode in the series.
Format
The On da Money Show is a 30 minute program, which opens with Mr. Doyle discussing the events making financial news and other topical subjects. What follows is an interpretation from Mr. Doyle, of the news and his analysis of how the developments can or will impact the viewing audience, along with his opinions and narrative. Aided by his co-host, Julie Sinha, Mr. Doyle makes frequent use of the Whiteboard to illustrate his point. Mr. Doyle normally wraps up the show with a closing summary. The show slogan is “Financial advice minus the bull!”
Captions/ lower thirds are used during the course of the show to highlight major points and annotate messages of interest ton the viewing audience.

Production
The On da Money show is normally recorded at BCAT studios, Downtown Brooklyn across theBrooklyn Bridge from the financial district of Wall Street. The show is normally recorded weekly for distribution to stations and subsequent transmission, although occasionally the show is aired live.
