Alicia Miguel

Alicia Miguel Schüll (born on February 18, 1974) is a French Supermodel.

Early life

Schüll was born in Paris, France. She was only eight years old when she decided to become a model. Her father feared that this might come a reality - especially living in France where the modeling industry is very influential and powerful. So at age 10 he sent her to live with her mother, Zenaida Flores whom she had not seen since she was 4 years old. She traveled to the United States of America. There she settled in California with her mother, her mother's husband and her half brothers and sisters. Shortly after this her younger sister Emerel moved in with them.

Alicia and Emerel are the two youngest daughters of Zenaida. The only two children Zenaida and Benoît-Alexis had.

In California Alicia attended the same boarding school she had previously in Paris. There Miguel was made fun of for having breasts and her tall stature. She was also teased because of not knowing English fully. She was also doubted by her teachers. She admits that they thought that modeling was all she could ever do. They did not believe that she had the skills to have another career. This encouraged her to focus more on her studies and become the best at every academic subject.

In California Alicia took Spanish, which was the last language she took after dropping out of secondary school. This language was very easy for her.
