Alice Norsworthy

Alice Northcraft Norsworthy currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Universal Orlando and Executive Vice President of International Brand Management for Universal Parks & Resorts, a subsidiary of NBCUniversal. In her role, she is also President of Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations travel company. In addition, she is on the Boards of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Shepherd's Hope, and Universal Orlando Foundation, and she also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida. Ms. Norsworthy has also been an adviser to the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board to improve growth in this important economic sector that contributes approximately $1.5 trillion to U.S. GDP. Prior to working at Universal Parks & Resorts, Alice Norsworthy held numerous executive positions including Senior Vice President, Marketing at Royal Caribbean International and Senior Vice President at Walt Disney World.
Ms Norsworthy has won several prestigious industry awards and honors, including Advertising Age's Marketing 50 for "breaking through the clutter" and "delivering real impact" as one of America's top 50 marketing executives. She has also been named three times by Travel Agent Magazine as one of the most Powerful Women in Travel and in 2014 was the Business Honoree among those recognized with Women of Achievement Awards by the Women's Executive Council of Orlando.
