Alice Mudgarden is the "band" given credit for the Alice in Chains song "Right Turn" off of their 1992 EP, Sap. The group was so named because it was made up of the full lineup, Mark Arm of , and Chris Cornell of . "Alice Mudgarden" is a portmanteau of the names of the three bands. AIC guitarist Jerry Cantrell, Cornell, and Arm had talked about forming a grunge supergroup named Alice Mudgarden for a brief time following the release of Sap, but when the bands hit it big in the mainstream, the idea died. The only released track, "Right Turn", was played before a battle scene in the 2001 film Black Hawk Down. The song is not included on its soundtrack but is listed in the film's ending credits. It was included on the 2004 Alice in Chains compliation album "The Essential Alice in Chains".
