Alex May

Alex May is an interactive media artist based in Brighton, England. He works with light emitting technologies, image and sound processing, computer programming, mathematics, power tools, and physical objects to create interactive installation art. His work combines 17th Century scientific theories of perspective and projective geometry with the real-time technologies such as high power graphics cards, Arduino, and Microsoft’s Kinect. He is also a Visiting Research Fellow: Artist in Residence with the Adaptive Systems Research Group at The University of Hertfordshire. His book Multimedia: Digital Photography was published in 2000 by DK Publishing.
