Ahmed Kaboudan

Ahmed Kaboudan (born February 28, 1956) is an Egyptian academic, who pursued an interdisciplinary career in dentistry, mathematics, physics and computer science.
Biography
He joined the University of Connecticut (UCONN, USA) as a visiting professor, researching and developing computer applications in the field of Biomechanics and Computer Graphics at 1986.
He also received different certificates in real time graphics and real time simulation from the USA and Canada.
Back in Egypt he continued his contributions to the field. His work in medical computing was in cooperation with IBM research center in Egypt.
Kaboudan was elected “Man of the year 2008” for his contributions to the field by Egypt Developers.
