2007 Alessio Della Valle receives a Honoring Proclamation from the Mayor and the City of Los Angeles, California, for “his skills and creativity enhanced local programming to the type of high-end post production quality customarily seen in network commercials, with benefit emanating to ICTV and the Los Angeles community for years to come”
2005-2007 Alessio is Awarded the Fulbright/ Sergio Corbucci Scholarship (only one award all over Italy ) in Film Directing: “becoming a Fulbrighter means you have joined a very special group of Alumni who have become heads of state, judges, ambassadors, cabinet ministers, CEO’s, university presidents, journalists, artists who have influenced thousands of others. They have been awarded thirty-four Nobel prizes. You have been awarded a Fulbright grant not only for your academic and/or professional excellence but because of your leadership potential.”
2005 Winner of the RAI Crystal Microphone Prize (Premio RAI Microfono di Cristallo - Umberto Benedetto per la Radiofonia). RAI, the national Italian station awards Alessio for the Best New Idea for radio program.
2003 Smrty - Upastana - Sutra directed by Alessio Della Valle wins the SAE Interreligious Film Festival, Chianciano terme, Italy.
2003 The Beginning of the End, directed by Alessio, wins the [Schermi Irregolari Film Festival, Florence, Italy.
2002 Making of Piovono Mucche directed by Alessio enters the Official Selection of the Bellaria Film Festival, Italy and it’s chosen by the Italian Ministry of Work and Social Welfare for the National TV Campaign.
2002 The Beginning of the End, directed by Alessio is Awarded the Jury Prize headed by legendary director Mario Monicelli at the Trani Film Festival.
2001 The Trip and Funeral of the Light directed by Alessio enter the Official Selection of the International Pure Dreams Festival, Saint Petersburg, Russia.
2000 Alessio is Awarded the Socrates scholarship to the prestigious Samuel Beckett Center for Theater and Drama Studies, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.
