Alan Gelb is an American author and college essay coach. Alan Gelb’s book Conquering the College Admissions Essay in 10 Steps has been published by Ten Speed Press. He is also the author of The Complete Student: Achieving Success in College and Beyond (Thomson International) and is an independent marketing consultant for colleges and universities. His novels and nonfiction have been published by G.P. Putnam’s Sons, E.P. Dutton, St. Martin’s Press, Dell, and Avon, and he has contributed articles to The New York Times Magazine, Parents Magazine, beliefnet, and others. Galb lives with his family in East Chatham, New York. |
