Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh (December 03, 1978), is a Pakistani citizen. Aijaz Ahmed has studied military writings and has introduced new tactics in war against terrorism. Aijaz Ahmed is the youngest child of former school teacher Bashir Ahmed Shaikh, a Pakistani of Sindhi descent (Shaikh) and Sunni Muslim by faith. His paternal grandfather was Nisar Ahmed Shaikh, who came to Gambat city in Sindh before the independence. Origins and education Aijaz Ahmed was born in the city of Gambat. He attended the Grammar School Gambat and then moved to Murad High school. He passed his matriculation examination in 1994. After completing his early education in Gambat, he pursued his higher education in the capital of Pakistan. After getting his Masters Degree from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad in the field of Defense and Strategic Studies, he started his professional career. Aijaz Ahmed has four elder brothers and three sisters. He belongs to a noble family of Shaikh.
