Initiatives
Advaiya Labs
Advaiya launched an initiative under the banner of “Advaiya Labs”, wherein members of Advaiya work closely with some of the renowned educational institutions in and around Udaipur. The involved educational institute includes Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur(IIMU), Sir Padampat Singhania University and Geetanjali University. Under this initiative, Advaiya was also announced as the Technology Mentor for PRARAMBH-2015 - a 32-hour startup challenge organized by IIM Udaipur. During this program, Advaiya provided guidance and support across various technical domains, including Software development, Business and Design consulting, and Cloud consulting.
ActionUdaipur
ActionUdaipur is a social initiative, run by Udaipur District Administration and powered by Advaiya, to help improve the community by means of voluntary projects carried out by citizens, with support from government/administration etc. With ActionUdaipur platform, citizens can post their ideas (terms as Projects) regarding social work required to uplift the society as a whole. Once approved, projects get the desired support and finances from the Udaipur District Administration, and volunteer can also contribute their time and resources as per will or capacity.

* Jewel of Udaipur - Advaiya listed as the "Jewel of Udaipur" under the category 'IT Industries'. "Jewel of Udaipur" is a publication by Hindi daily Apranha Times, in association with Okzns event group, launched on 26 January at a program held at Hotel Golden Tulip.
* Best Organisation for Environmental Sustainability - Advaiya has been recognized as the “Best Organization for Environmental Sustainability” by Society for Environment Education and Research, India as a team with Rotary Club.

Events
Advaiya has organized or been a part of many notable events:
* Digital India Week- Advaiya participated in the Digital India Week campaign (1 July 2015 - 7 July 2015), organizing a program to show the live telecast to sensitize employees about the ongoing activities under the Digital India platform.
* FICCI-PMI Symposium - Advaiya represented Microsoft in the Symposium on Project Management Practices 2015, organized by FICCI in partnership with PMI at the FICCI auditorium in New Delhi.
* Big Data Training - Advaiya organized Big Data Training for IT professionals on May 9-10, 2015 in Udaipur, covering various topics around Big Data concepts including Apache Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, etc. leveraging Microsoft HDInsight platform.
* Advaiya Hackathon - Under sponsorship by its client IdeaScale, Advaiya organized an App Hackathon, where Advaiyans were invited to team-up and develop new innovative apps on the IdeaScale platform. Its motive was to capture and surface innovative apps based on Ideascale platform, including doing Sentiment analysis of ideas, integration with Project management, Ideascale chrome extension and so on.
