Aaron Bay-Schuck (born September 5, 1981) is the Vice President of A&R at Atlantic Records working across the Atlantic, Elektra Records, and Fueled by Ramen labels. Most notably, Bay-Schuck is responsible for signing Bruno Mars and Sublime With Rome and is credited with creating hit singles for artists such as Flo Rida, Plies, B.o.B, Cee-Lo Green, Tank, Travie McCoy, and many more. In addition, Bay-Schuck is also a songwriter with credits on Flo Rida's hit single "Right Round", as well as Plies "Watch Dis," Toni Braxton "Rewind," and LMFAO "All Night Long" from their album, Sorry For Party Rocking..
