A Tribute to Metallica: Metallic Assault

A Tribute to Metallica: Metallic Assault is a tribute album recorded by various metal/hard rock artists and released in 2002 through AMG. The album features ten of Metallica's best-known tracks re-recorded by other artists (similarly to Numbers from the Beast). It is notable that tracks oen and six ("Battery" and "Enter Sandman" respectively) both feature Robert Trujillo on bass, just over a year before he joined Metallica.

All Tracks written by Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield except where noted.
