A Fine Impression Of Dying Ants is an EP by This Is Not A Dead Transmission released in January 2009 as a 'taster' before their debut album. Due to bassist Aidan Stevens being drafted into the band close to its completion, he does not appear on the EP. However distortion was added to certain parts to mimic his style of playing. The independently-released EP consists of the 5 songs that the band played live during the first year of their career.
