27 Productions is an American independent record label. It was created by folk-rock singer-songwriter and record producer Blake Ian in 2003 to release his own songs. History & Music 27 Productions was created in 2003 to release 2 records and a music video from Blake Ian. Although The Basement Waves was released in 2003 and Alchemist in 2005, the records were being made simultaneously, along with the music video for "A Little More" the second track on Alchemist. Ian's debut record "The Blake Ian Theory" (2000) was also officially released by 27 Productions. In 2008, 27 productions released the debut EP of ambient-folk-rocker Casella, which was produced and co-written by Ian. |
