History
Xavient Information Systems was spun out from Celetronix, which acquired the Tandon Group in 1998. Xavient served as the internal IT department for Celetronix before its formal spin off in 2002. The Tandon Group was founded in 1975 and has been one of the largest manufacturers of electronics in India over the last 30 years.
