Wolf-Georg Dittmar
Dr. Wolf-Georg Dittmar (Dr. W.G. Dittmar)is the founder and chief executive of the International Partnership Institute. His main focus is to manage international organizational challenges through "partnering". Dittmar has written four books and many articles. He is deeply committed to the spirit of "partnering" in order to enable people to develop and benefit from using the appropriate competencies.
Dittmar studied business administration at universities in Germany and culture in France. During the last 35 years he has worked as advisor in management and strategic business, manager, trainer, coach, researcher, lecturer and company broker in over 25 countries.
His clients include national and international organizations based in Europe, the United States and Asia. He has initiated and arranged a substantial number of international acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances. Drawing on his experience as manager and lecturer, Dittmar has also organized international seminars and conferences, some of which were attended by over a thousand people.
In his role of advisor he has conferred with owners and presidents of leading companies, commissioners of the EU, the former President of the EU and US secretaries of state. For a period of ten years Dittmar worked as a lecturer on international business integration at the University of Würzburg in Germany. Currently he resides in The Netherlands, but he has lived in Germany, Denmark and France and is fluent in German, French, English and Dutch.
