William Jeffs

William Jeffs born October 14 1987 is a Canadian entrepreneur and businessman credited with pioneering extremely effective and non-traditional negotiating methods and deal structures for young dynamic companies, one of which is called Volpe Holdings. Having pursued a degree in business at a college in Ontario, Canada, he decided that the best education was not one of academia but of effective and practical experimentation and decided to drop out after only one semester.

Beginning 

His Career began after high school at eighteen years old working for his father in property development overseeing several rehab projects on residential properties in Orlando, Florida. Always having a love and passion for real estate development, he decided at nineteen years old to buy a few of his own properties and with his previous construction experience he undertook the conversion of several residential homes and had them renovated and flipped them. The successful completion of these projects gave his inexperience in the area a new outlook for the young man Resulting in financial benefit from these ventures he had stated that this experience was “a better education in business than any college or university could ever hope to achieve.” He also started a few small businesses that were very profitable by the age of twenty-two. 

Business Interests 

At the age of twenty-three he moved full-time to Florida, where a consortium led by him, set up lucrative hospitality businesses grossing millions of dollars in income. They worked on several real estate projects in Central & South Florida including a boutique hotel and an old bank, along with several residential rehab projects. In 2014 he moved back to Toronto, Ontario and worked on a select few residential real estate projects. Also he has been apart of several land development transactions as high as twenty million dollars in Canada and The United States. He has had his hand in other businesses from 2012-2018 involving buying and selling (as a brokerage) luxury toys such as private jets, exotic cars, and extravagant yachts. He also branded three global concierge companies catering to the elite across North America. 

Disputes, Media, and Miscellaneous

His harsh business methodologies, while profitable for investors and partners had gained notoriety and his companies had been subject to civil litigation which had never been successful in proving any legal claim. His high profile image and enthusiastic persona have frequently been subject to various conjectures and claims relating to his background and activities. He has been a long time sponsor of various charitable organizations. An insomniac by nature, he is known for sleeping approximately five hours a day and is famed by his colleagues and business associates for constantly sending sending extremely long and detailed emails at 5am addressing business items.

Current Activities 

Currently he co-owns Volpe Holdings as acting Chief Executive Officer. The corporation owns several subsidiaries including Volpe Development, LLC a luxury land development company which is breaking ground on several projects in Florida building urban-style luxury townhouses and single family houses. There is also set planning in the works for a resort project in the Caribbean. Volpe Elite, LLC is a luxury concierge company with two locations including Palm Beach, Florida and Toronto, Ontario. They are planning a night club in Vaughan, Ontario and launching a vodka company in 2020 under the legal name Volpe Vodka, LLC. He currently resides between Toronto, Ontario and Palm Beach, Florida.
