White Knight Broadcasting

White Knight Broadcasting is a company based in Lafayette, Louisiana owning nine stations all based in Louisiana,Texas, and Mississippi all controlled by ComCorp.

Background

The parent company of White Knight Broadcasting is Silver Point Capital. This is also the parent company of ComCorp and Granite Broadcasting Corporation. They also operate a station owned by Wilderness Communications. The head of ComCorp is Sheldon Gallaway whose father, Thomas is the head of ComCorp.

Television

Comcorp and White Knight own six stations in the Tyler\Longview & Nacogdoches\Lufkin, Texas DMA that they brand as "Television of East Texas". These stations include KETK,KFXL, KFXK,KCEB & KLPN/KTPN. White Knight ironically operates one station which is a CW Network affiliate in the Alexandria market. by way of ComCorp-owned WNTZ,This station is KBCA. White Knight also owns KSHV, WVLA & KZUP as well as WDBD. The former three are based in Louisiana while the latter is based in Mississippi.
