The CSS department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in two majors: Computer Science and Computer Network and Information Systems.

Every student is issued an up-to-date laptop with applications which can connect to the campus-wide wireless network. Additionally, there is a networking lab, a game lab and several UNIX servers for CSS department student use to do course work and research.
The Department of Computer Science and Systems at Wentworth Institute of Technology has offices in Wentworth Hall at 550 Huntington Avenue. Wentworth Institute is located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts on the Green Line and Orange Line of the MBTA and within walking distance of the Ruggles Commuter Rail Station.
